Tenants shall store all trash within the interiors of their respective Premises until removal of the same.

No material shall be placed in trash boxes or receptacles if such material is of such nature that it may not be disposed of in the ordinary and customary manner of removal and disposition of trash and garbage without being in violation of any law, ordinance, rule or regulation governing such disposal.

All garbage and refuse disposal will be made only through entryways and elevators provided for such purposes and at such times as designated by Landlord.
