• No Tenant will employ any person or persons other than the cleaning service provided by Landlord for the purpose of cleaning such Tenant's Premises, unless otherwise agreed to by Landlord. No cleaning personnel other than those approved by Landlord will be permitted to enter the Building for the purpose of cleaning it.
• No Tenant will cause any unnecessary labor by reason of such Tenant's carelessness or indifference in the preservation of good order and cleanliness.
• Should any Tenant's actions result in any increased expense for any required cleaning, Landlord reserves the right to assess such expenses.

Carpet & Rugs

• Landlord shall not be responsible for shampoo of carpet and rugs within Tenant's Premises.
